Emotional health is sexy AF

If you want to stop eating your face off you’re going to have to up your emotional health game.

Emotional health isn’t feeling good or being happy all the time. And it’s not about never experiencing negative emotions.

It’s about being able to experience, process, and respond to alllllllll the emotions that come with being a human.

The good, the bad, the ugly.

Most of us have no problem with positive emotions. It’s the negative ones we try and run from.

The hard ones, the gross ones. The challenging and unbearable ones. The icky, the sticky, the downright tricky ones.

You know… the ones that feel like sh!t.

But good emotional health requires that you learn to experience and process them. You gotta feel ‘em to deal with ‘em.

I know it’s a hard sell but on the other side is food freedom.

When you improve your emotional health you won’t have to eat to feel better. You can eat to enjoy food if you want to, not as a reaction to life.

And trust me, that feels pretty damned good.
